We are able to ship our fresh Caviar overnight, Monday through Wednesday.

Shipping method:
All Perishable Items will be shipped via UPS Priority (2 day). Non-perishable Items will be shipped via UPS Ground (3-7 days). If perishable and non-perishable items are combined they will be packaged in one shipment and the entire order will be classified as perishable and shipped using Overnight service. Shipping and handling charges will apply and appear at the Checkout/Shopping Cart prior to processing your order. All orders are subject to handling fees assessed at the time of shipping if necessary.

Order deadlines:
Orders received by 12:00 PM PST will arrive the next day Monday through Wednesday.
For Orders placed after 12:00 PM Wednesday, they will be processed for Monday the following week delivery.
Orders processed on weekend days will not be shipped until the next business day.
There will be no shipping during the holidays of New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas.

Holiday Shipping Schedule:
We highly recommend that all Holiday orders be placed in advance with ample time to be delivered. Saturday delivery is available during the Holiday Season with FedEx Priority Overnight. An extra fee at the checkout applies as Fed-Ex has a surcharge for weekend services.

Signature Required:
Unless specified that there will be someone to receive the package, Northern Divine Aquafarms nor carriers are held responsible once the package has been delivered to the desired shipping address. If you feel it’s necessary to receive the package, we ask that you check the box for signature required to ensure proper delivery of your fresh Caviar.

Guarantee:
We guarantee a fresh and well packed Caviar delivery nationwide. All our shipments are insured. In the event there is any issue, we must be notified immediately within 24 hours of delivery or the lack thereof in order to process a claim and further investigate into any potential inconvenience.

We at Northern Divine Aquafarms are dedicated to ensuring the freshness in all orders. All our caviar is packed fresh at our state of the art facility once the order is placed and approved for process. Caviar is packed in an air tight, fully insulated packaging which also preserves the temperature for up to 72 hours. Thermo-cooler boxes are used to house the contents with non-toxic ice packs to further contain temperature escalation once shipped. We ensure and guarantee that all our food products you will receive will be in the same fresh conditions as when they were processed and shipped at out facility.

Unforeseen Delays:
Delays in transportation can happen, due to carrier mishap and possible weather delays or mechanical issues. We are at hand to assist and track all packages and resolve any rare moments of shipping delays. Our Themro-coolers and packing process ensure that your package will still preserve its freshness and great taste. We provide enough Ice-Packs and temperature containment to withstand such delays.

Immediate Attention:
Caviar is perishable and of high value, therefore we ask that once shipped, you or someone else be available at the address provided to sign for the package and properly receive and store the Caviar. If you selected to leave the package at the front door, Sasanian Caviar will not be held responsible if the perishable item spoils or is not accountable after proper delivery as requested.

Tracking:
All customers will receive tracking confirmation once package has been shipped. If you have not, call us and we will be glad to provide the tracking information.

CITES & ESA:
Due to intentional regulations and compliance to the Endangered Species Act, we are not able to export any Sturgeon roe, meat products outside of Canada without proper certifications sand permits. The legal amount for personal carry cannot exceed 125 grams of Caviar. Additionally, due to recent federal regulations.

Northern Divine Aquafarms – Return & Exchange Policy

Northern Divine Aquafarms adheres to all applicable Canadian food safety requirements, including the Safe Food for Canadians Act and Regulations (SFCR), the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) standards, organic certification protocols, and all relevant federal, provincial, and local aquaculture and food-handling regulations. Our mission is to safeguard public health and uphold the highest standards of quality and transparency by ensuring our sustainably farmed sturgeon caviar and related products are handled, stored, and delivered under strict controls.

Northern Divine Aquafarms uses secure, temperature-controlled packaging engineered to protect perishable goods throughout transit. Any accidental transportation damage must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier in accordance with their policies.

Because perishable food products cannot be resold once returned—and to prevent risks associated with spoilage, contamination, or mislabeling—we must discard all returned food products. Therefore:

All caviar and perishable food sales are FINAL SALE.

No returns or exchanges are permitted for food items under any circumstance.

All staff are provided with proper sanitation supplies, no-touch waste receptacles, and handwashing facilities, following CFIA and organic certification handling requirements.

All delivery dates are approximate and may vary. Northern Divine Aquafarms shall not be liable for damages or losses arising from delivery delays or inability to deliver due to reasons including but not limited to: supply chain issues, regulatory actions, natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, labor disruptions, war, transportation delays, or carrier failures. In any such case, delivery timelines will be reasonably extended to account for the delay.

A buyer’s exclusive remedy for Northern Divine Aquafarms’ inability to deliver shall be rescission of the order only if exercised before the goods have been handed over to the carrier at any shipping point.

Agreement to Northern Divine Aquafarms’ terms and conditions constitutes the entire agreement between the buyer and Northern Divine Aquafarms. No term of this agreement may be amended, waived, or modified orally; any modification must be in writing and signed by all applicable parties unless otherwise stated herein.

The agreement and all rights hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada. All parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in British Columbia and waive any objection to venue or forum inconvenience. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this transaction, the unsuccessful party shall pay all costs and expenses incurred by the prevailing party, including reasonable legal fees and associated costs.


Returns and Exchanges

All merchandise is guaranteed to arrive fresh and must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

If there is any quality-related concern with your order, you must notify Northern Divine Aquafarms within 24 hours of delivery to request a review for potential refund or exchange of the product value only (excluding shipping and handling costs).
All original packaging must be retained for inspection, carrier claim filings, or quality review.

If an exchange is approved, replacement items will be shipped promptly following confirmation of the claim.

If you choose to return an unopened, unused, non-perishable merchandise item (such as accessories, branded goods, or non-food items), Northern Divine Aquafarms may apply a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the returned amount.

If your package is damaged, thawed, compromised, or appears tampered with, contact the carrier and Northern Divine Aquafarms’ Customer Service team immediately.
Any delay in reporting the issue reduces our ability to file or support a claim.

Please keep all packaging, including gel packs, containers, insulation, and product contents exactly as received until your claim is fully resolved.

We feed our fish a high protein and nutritious diet with all natural ingredients. We don't use any antibiotics or hormones.
